Turn trade show leads, meeting notes, customer intelligence and content into structured commercial progression. Recover more ROI from your events all year round.
Life Science companies invest heavily in trade shows, but valuable leads, meeting intelligence, and scientific content are often lost or scattered across teams once the event finishes. Qincade helps sales and marketing teams capture that value, act on it and ensure that the promising accounts keep progressing.
Different problems need different interventions. You may just need an extra pair of hands to process the leads you’ve gathered, understand what went wrong, clear a backlog your team can’t handle, or stop leads from slipping through the cracks before your next event. Qincade is your Life Sciences marketing partner that provides the
level of support that fits the problem.

Trade show value and information recovery may identify longer-term work involving lead nurturing, automation, content, and sales enablement. Qincade’s retainers give you flexible monthly capacity to put those recommendations into practice.
Tell us which trade show you are planning to attend or have recently attended, and we will recommend the best package that helps you get more ROI from that investment.
Choose the Post-Event Diagnostic (£3,675; 21 points) if you need evidence about what happened and where opportunities may have been missed before committing to recovery work. Choose the Post-Event Recovery Sprint (£5,950; 34 points) if you already have a backlog of leads and meeting notes that needs to be cleaned, prioritised and routed. Choose the Event Pipeline Programme (£9,625; 55 points) if you want to put the right capture, qualification and follow-up structure in place before a strategically important show begins.
Yes. The Post-Event Diagnostic establishes what happened, where opportunities may have been missed and what should happen next. Where a clear backlog already exists, the Post-Event Recovery Sprint turns the available lead data and meeting notes into a clean, prioritised set of opportunities that sales and marketing can act on. The sooner we begin, the more likely contacts are to remember the interaction.
Incomplete data is common and does not automatically prevent the work. We assess what is available, identify the most important gaps and determine which records can still be qualified, prioritised or routed reliably. Substantial manual contact research, data enrichment or record reconstruction will be identified and scoped separately.
Not necessarily. Our preferred approach is time-limited, read-only access to a restricted CRM view containing only the records and fields required for the agreed work. This keeps the data within your controlled system while limiting what Qincade can access. If restricted access is not possible, you can provide a minimised export through your organisation’s approved encrypted file-sharing workspace, with access limited to named Qincade team members. Lead data should not be sent by ordinary email or through a publicly accessible link. Before processing begins, we agree the purpose, permitted fields, security arrangements, retention period and deletion or return of the data in writing, supported by an appropriate data-processing agreement.
Yes. Effective trade show follow-up usually requires input from both marketing and sales. Depending on the selected package, we can review existing follow-up, structure meeting intelligence, clarify ownership and provide prioritised records, handover materials and recommended next actions.
The Event Pipeline Programme establishes the structure required to capture, qualify and progress opportunities before the show begins. This can include journey design, segmentation, follow-up timing, sales triggers, ownership and exit criteria. Building and testing automations within HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Account Engagement or another platform is scoped separately because the effort depends on the system, integrations and journey complexity.
Standard packages cover one trade show and one product or portfolio. The Post-Event Diagnostic and Post-Event Recovery Sprint typically cover up to 250 lead records and up to 15 documented meetings. Expected volumes for the Event Pipeline Programme are agreed before work begins because they depend on the anticipated scale of the show, the number of teams involved and the proposed lead capture process. Larger volumes can be scoped separately.
Yes. The work can identify opportunities to reuse presentations, posters, interviews, recordings and other trade show materials. New articles, email sequences, sales assets, videos and campaign content can then be commissioned separately through Qincade’s Content Lab and Design & Creative services.
Onsite attendance is not included in the standard packages. Where it would materially improve lead capture, interviews, meeting documentation or commercial intelligence, onsite support can be scoped separately along with any travel and accommodation costs.
