To understand your project and your goals correctly, we will have an initial discovery call with you - this should take around an hour.
After our call, we will summarize your project requirements, and outline a set of recommendations to get you started. Once you receive our proposal, you'll be able to review a selection of recommended tasks from our pick 'n' mix bag of tactics, and make adjustments as needed.
For each team and company, the mix of tactics required is unique. Recognizing this, we will fine-tune your proposal prior to launch. We use a different kind of payment model for our services based upon the idea of value we create, as opposed to hours that we spend doing the work. Through regular meetings with your dedicated account manager, we will review results of new tactics and projects deployed together. We work with you to evaluate and adjust tactics to optimize and improve performance where necessary. At Qincade, we care most about creating value through marketing. In fact, this is the part that we love the most - looking at data and seeing how reporting and results can be improved. We don't measure just once, we will review your results and iterate continually, because marketing and markets are always changing, and so what has worked yesterday may not necessarily work tomorrow.
